Personnes Ag\u00e9es D\u00e9pendantes) Saint Joseph \u00e0 Chamali\u00e8res, pour partager un moment d\u2019\u00e9change et de d\u00e9tente avec les personnes fr\u00e9quentant la structure. Au programme, cr\u00e9ation d\u2019huiles de massage pour les mains, \u00e0 base de produits naturels. L\u2019objectif de cette activit\u00e9 en bin\u00f4me \u00e9tait d\u2019entretenir la motricit\u00e9 fine des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es et de favoriser le lien social. <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>Apr\u00e8s cet atelier manuel, nous leur avons propos\u00e9 un moment de relaxation, sous la forme d\u2019un massage des mains, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec leurs pr\u00e9parations maison, dans une ambiance lumineuse et auditive stimulant leurs sens. L\u2019objectif de ce soin \u00e9tait de leur procurer d\u00e9tente et bien-\u00eatre. Ce moment a vraiment \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es, et la convivialit\u00e9 \u00e9tait au rendez-vous\u00a0!
